North Wales Opera Studio is the educational arm of the North Wales Opera Company. Projects within the studio are designed for singers of all ages and proficiency. Our artistic staff identify what performing opportunity will be appropriate and helpful to the singer as also commensurately providing the appropriate vocal challenge. We believe very much in the growth and tutelage of the performing stage when the correct literature meets the appropriate level of skill and talent. Music theory, history, style as well as stage craft, movement and artistry are focused on.

 

Whether you have just started singing or have been singing for many years, our educational projects will challenge you and bring your artistry to the next level by giving you quality and interesting performing platforms scattered throughout North Wales and beyond. Such as, Llangollen Eisteddfod International Music Festival, Proms in the Park and Rhos Male Voice Choir. We also have relationships with leading educators and international singers who give priority master-classes to our students.

NWOS has a presence with many of the leading choral and orchestral ensembles and is in high demand to sing as guests.
